Set your favourite Petkin to appear by your side in your Profile:
> Go to the apartment your favourite Petkin lives in
> Tap the Petkin to open the action menu
> Tap Make Favourite from the action list

Or

> Go to Shop,
> Select Petkins,
> Toggle View Owned Petkins,
> Tap the ♥️ button to set it as your favourite.
