How do I gift an item to a friend?
Any item or apartment in the Shop can be gifted to a friend.
To send an item or apartment:
> Open the item’s preview screen,
> Tap the gift button
> Choose a friend or recently seen player to send the gift to.
To send a gesture to another player while in a space:
> Tap their Avakin
> Select the Gift button from the action list.
> Choose the gesture you want to send.
• Please note that in-scene gestures are not tangible items that you can use, they are the equivalent of emojis.

I gifted the wrong item to another player. What should I do?
Unfortunately under our Terms of Service we will not issue a refund or swap out the item for a different one. Please make sure that you are 100% positive you are gifting the correct item.

I've been gifted an item that's unavailable at the Shop. What do I do?
If you've been gifted a modded item, please contact our Support team informing:
- Your username;
- The item you were gifted; and
- The player who sent you the item.
Our team will then remove it from your account and look into the player who sent it to you.
Don't worry! No sanction will be applied to your account if you have been unwillingly gifted a modded item.
